{Q}  Do you take custom orders for your dread falls/kits/wigs?
{Q}  How do you seal you dreads, and, are they back combed?
{Q}  I have had falls before attached to the lace with rubber bands. Do you also fold them over and attach with this method?
{Q} I Have had falls before and the dreads looked really fluffy, are yours back combed fluffy?
{Q} I ordered some falls, can I send them back for a refund?

  • {Q}  Do you take custom orders for your dread falls/kits/wigs?
    {A} Generally, no, however if there's something you're absolutely wanting that you don't see, please contact us and we'll try to keep it in stock. ^_^
  • {Q}  How do you seal you dreads, and, are they back combed?
    {A}  All of our dreads sealed by means of  professional grade heated steam. And, YES! all of our dreads are back combed, unlike other dreads, you'll get a more natural dread look and feel with back combed dreads, the quality is much higher, and, as a result, they will last longer!

  • {Q}  I have had falls before attached to the lace with rubber bands. Do you also fold them over and attach with this method?
    {A}  No, our dreads are secured ONTO the falls! They will not slide around on the lace, and you don't have to worry about them falling off the fall! ^_^

  • {Q} I Have had falls before and the dreads looked really fluffy, are yours back combed fluffy?
    {A} Ours dreads are pretty solid, some people like the soft snuggly dreads which we do not make from synthetic hair, however, from time to time we offer WOOL dreads, which are very soft.

  • {Q} I ordered some falls, but the color does not match my hair (is too short, not enough dreads, etc.), can I send them back for a refund?
    {A} No. We DO NOT offer refunds for our hair products due to health code regulations, our suggestion is to buy a pair of our accent falls in your color, and wear those along with the current dreads you have.
