How
to make a Moogle Pom Pom (a.k.a. Mog Ball)!
So
cute! So deadly! Makes our hearts MELT.
Its Mog!
Okay! So.
Lets make our Moogle pom pom, you know, the moogle
ball that sticks out of their furry lil' heads?
We recommend a wig with our antenna.
You'll see
why as we continue our tutorial....
Lets start
with supplies.
You will need:
- Headband
- 20" of Wire (14 to 20
gauge)
- 4 inch Styrofoam ball
(your balls may be bigger or smaller ^_~)
- RED paint (or color of you liking,
glitter is optional)
- Paintbrush
Okay! Lets GO! ^_^/
Take your ball and begin to paint.
DO NOT USE A SPRAY PAINT, it will "melt" the foam ball.

If you're going to add glitter start with a
base paint (acrylic) and then after it dries use your glitter paint.

Get your headband
(please don't use a
plastic headband).
|
And your wire. You may need wire cutters to
adjust the length of your wire.
|
Start with wire under the headband, twist
it
around the headband until it feels secure. After twisting make sure it
is steady on the headband. |
If you are NOT using a wig with your
cosplay,
this is the time to use a thick tape to wrap over the wire so it
doesn't stick out.
