All items ship via USPS. Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, if the shipping day falls on a holiday, we will ship the following shipping day. All packages within USA are sent with delivery confirmation included with no extra charge to you. Packages valued at over $245.00 will automatically be insured at their value. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS/DUTIES FEES. WE WILL NOT MARK YOUR ITEM AS "GIFT" UNLESS IT IS A GIFT.
Any package refused or returned to NuclearDoll after attempted (failed) delivery will receive a refund to their Paypal account minus a 15% restocking fee, Paypal fees, AND less shipping fees.(And we will also be very annoyed and may elect not sell to you anymore!) No changes or cancellations can be made on any order once it has been shipped, at which point it's out of our hands.

{Q} When will my item be shipped?
{A} Within 3 business days. We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday, if the shipping day should fall on a
holiday, items will be shipped out the next shipping day.
{Q} What carrier do you ship with?
{A} At this time we only ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
{Q} I would like tracking with my order, how to I purchase this?
{A} We add delivery confirmation to all packages, it is included in the shipping fee, tracking is not available at
this time. Only Delivery Confirmation. Only Express Mail includes tracking.
{Q} What about insurance?
{A} Only items over $240.00 are required to have insurance, this is included and there
is no need for an extra fee from you.
{Q} I live outside the USA, when will my items be here?
{A} Depends on where you live and your method of shipping!
- Priority Mail International can take about 6-10 business days (2-3 weeks) (BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY)

that means Customs has it, and they will mail you a ticket to pick it up at a customs station.

HOWEVER, we are not responsible for the package if the Postal Office claims item/s have been delivered!

Returns & Exchanges
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE WORN IN HAIR ( hair extensions, dread falls, wigs, etc)
That means no returns on those items!!!!!!
Due to health code regulations no returns will be accepted on any products that have been worn, or used (or opened if a hair product) and are no longer in perfect manufacturer’s condition.
Any products that are shrink wrapped or sealed are not available to be returned if opened.
Custom, sale, clearance and OOAK (one of a kind) items are not eligible for return.
Refunds or Exchanges will not be permitted after 14 days of sale.
All items must be in brand new, unused and perfect manufacturer's condition to be eligible for a return or exchange, excluding defective products.
Any products returned that have been used or opened will be returned to the customer at their expense, if the CUSTOMER refuses to pay for return said items will be discarded, no exceptions. Other than that, no restocking fee will be charged, you must pay shipping to send the item to us for a return, we HIGHLY suggest you send it with tracking as we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL.
Once we receive the return you will be contacted, and we will look over the item to see if it qualifies as a return. If is does qualify you will be refunded minus all shipping, and PayPal fees, if any.
If the item does NOT qualify you will need to pay us return shipping charges to receive the item back, if we do not receive funds from you for return shipping after 30 days item/s will be discarded, and you will not receive a refund.

NuclearDoll uses Paypal as our merchant service. We do not accept payments in funds that are not converted to USD.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT eCHECKS! You must have a confirmed address with Paypal to purchase items.We do not ship until

{A} We currently only accept PayPal for online purchase and U.S. Money Orders ONLY!!!!
We only accept online payment via PayPal from customers in the USA, UK, parts of the EU, and Canada.
NO eCheck payments, nor Bank Transfers. We do not accept multiple transactions from one for more PayPal accounts, as this denotes fraud. If we suspect any type of fraud, PayPal, or Nuclear Doll, may cancel and refund your transaction. Nuclear Doll will also deny you service.
We only ship to Confirmed Addresses,this means the billing address of the credit card you use for purchase
must match the shipping address.
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT, NO MATTER WHAT ADDRESS YOU HAVE IN YOUR NUCLEAR DOLL ACCOUNT.
If your billing/shipping address cannot be confirmed by PayPal, your order is automatically denied by PayPal, and will not process. U.S. ~Money Orders must be sent within three (3) days from the date your
order was placed. If you we do not receive your payment within seven (7) days, your order will be canceled.

{Q} I would like to pay by money order, how do I do this?
{A}
(1) First you need to complete the checkout process thorough our shop and select U.S. Money Order as your form of payment. You can find instructions on where to mail it and to whom (the whom is Nuclear Doll ^_^ ).
(2) Second you'll need to get a U.S. Money order. In the United States you may find them at: USPS, grocery stores, some mini-marts, and some banks. You will be charged a small fee to purchase a money order, USPS charges about $1.10 to $.1.50 (as of Feb. 2011) for a money order, depending on value.
(3) Third you'll need mail it to the address given to you at checkout, you can also find this in your order confirmation email from us.
(4) Fourth, mail it asap! We only hold your purchase for seven (7) days! If we do not receive payment within seven (7) days we CANCEL your order!
(5) Fifth, we will process your money order and ONLY SHIP WHEN IT CLEARS This can be 2-5 days!
You will receive an email from us confirming shipment when it has cleared! YAY!
